I had a basic, but limited knowledge of health and fitness using weights, so I began searching for a trainer that could bring my workouts to the next level. I wanted someone who was experienced and would explain their knowledge about weights that included the why as well as the how. Through observing the trainers at my gym and a confirmation from the manager that Elias was the best, I chose him.
After training with Elias, he has exceeded my expectations and has shown to be a professional trainer in every sense of the word. He is basically a walking encyclopedia about anything you could ever want to know about health, fitness, and weight lifting. He has given me a library of workout routines for the results I wanted.
In addition, he has shown me proper form for building muscle in the right places and how to prevent injury, especially to a hurt shoulder I’ve had. He has also shown me how to make my time at the gym more productive as well as giving me instruction on training different body parts.
I’m very thankful that Elias has been training me.
